Pahadi Racing (PHR) Ignites Youth Passion in Safe Environment

Dehradun : (VON News) Ghodafactory, Gular Ghati (UK) – A groundbreaking three-day motorsport event, Uttarakahnd Motorsports Festival (UKMF), has recently concluded, leaving a significant impact on the local youth and motorsport enthusiasts. Organized by Mr. Shardul Sharma and his dedicated team, PHR aimed to encourage young individuals to pursue their passion for racing within a controlled and secure setting. The event, hosted at the scenic Ghodafactory in Gular Ghati from April 18th to 20th, proved to be a resounding success, drawing in over 2000 spectators.
PHR featured two thrilling disciplines: Endurocross for 2 wheelers and Autocross for 4 wheelers. The Autocross segment saw an impressive 96 runs on a challenging 1.8-kilometer track, showcasing the skill and precision of participating drivers. Meanwhile, the Endurocross, a grueling 2.5-kilometer section, attracted over 40+ entries, testing the endurance and technical prowess of the riders.
Mr. Shardul Sharma’s self-organized initiative has clearly tapped into a desire for safe and structured Motorsports opportunities. By providing a closed environment, PHR not only allowed participants to hone their skills but also promoted responsible racing practices.
The success of this inaugural event, UKMF suggests a promising future for motorsport in the region, offering a platform for young talents to emerge and thrive in a secure and supportive atmosphere.
