Delhi Metro to remain shut on 22 March

New Delhi VON News- Metro services will remain shut on March 22 in view of ‘Janta curfew’, proposed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi,

In the wake of “Janta Curfew” to be observed this Sunday, the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) decided to keep its services closed.

PM Modi addressed the nation to Thursday, and appealed the citizens to follow “Janta Curfew” on 22 March to stop the spread of Coronavirus.

He also requested senior citizens and children to remain indoors for the next few weeks.

According to official data,195 people have tested positive for coronavirusl.
